What do I do when I receive SPAM sms I do not want to receive?

Send an email to us at web(at)aurasms.com. Tell us what content of message, your mobile number, date and time, we will filter your number out from the respective sender.

Is there expiry date for our SMS credits?

No, there is no expiry date for your sms credits. You can keep them as long as you want.
